How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have spent many years enjoying helping all ages of people. I taught primary grades, managed individuals of all ages for more than twenty years, helped with the aging process, spent years in the horticultural trade etc... all my years of experience in many fields and my formal education (Business degree) have prepared me for owning my own Home Care Assistance business. I enjoy helping others through their daily trials and tribulations and coming up with solutions that will either solve their problems and/or add comfort, happiness and value to their lives.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We not only offer the standard Home Care Services that most Home Care Agencies offer, but we offer an array of services that can add so much to an individual's day and adds value back into their lives. There is quite a bit that can be offered and done within an hours worth of time. Call us and ask how can you provide more services for less time and money and we will be glad to walk you through just how we can do this!

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location at the present time. We plan on expanding our service areas to Bell, Burnet and Lampasas counties in 2009.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From IH 35 in Georgetown, Texas take the SH 29 exit going west towards Liberty Hill, Texas. Drive about 7 miles and look for us in the Copper Ridge Retail Development Center. We are in Suite #8. We are on the right... just before the SH 29 and Ronald Reagan Blvd. intersection.
What type of payments do you accept?
At the current time we accept checks, money orders and cash. We will be accepting credit cards by the end of 2009.
Which areas do you service?
We service Williamson County at the present time and and northwest Austin areas. We will be servicing Bell, Burnet and Lampasas counties by the end of 2009.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Lisa S. Roberts and James Patrick Roberts own Back to the Basics Home Care Services LLC. Lisa S. Roberts is Owner/Administrator and Donna M. Sellers is the Alternate Administrator.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, but Lisa is available 24-7 to assist clients and/or their families through/with any situation.
